Bespoke Journey deposits
Bespoke deposits are fully refundable up to 14 days before your scheduled video consultation. After that, your deposit becomes credit you can apply to any future SA Travels service within 12 months.
How to request a refund
- Email exploretravelsa@outlook.com with your order ID.
- Tell us briefly why — your feedback helps us improve.
- We confirm within one business day and refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
What's not refundable
- Bespoke planner time already delivered (consultations, itineraries).
- Third-party bookings made on your behalf (lodges, flights, tours) once confirmed.
- Promotional or discounted bundles marked “final sale” at checkout.

We'd much rather sort it out together. Please email us first — we've never failed to resolve a refund directly.
